Standalone: Adorable King Slime Skill Addendum

In the previous three chapters, I introduced all of Adorable King Slime's skills. However, fearing that the pacing would drag, after he devoured Shizue's body, I only mentioned one of her skills, [Transmuter], without explaining its specific effects.

To clarify, the skills Shizue gave Adorable King Slime were actually [Transmuter] and [Heat Manipulation].

Transmuter: Integration and separation. It integrated various skills and prompted them to evolve into new skills.

Essentially, this was a super Unique Skill with heaven-defying growth potential. It could consolidate skills and then generate new ones.

After devouring Flame Spirit Ifrit, Adorable King Slime obtained Ifrit's [Clone], [Flame Transformation], and [Area Barrier].

As for Clone, anyone who watched the anime would know that when Adorable King Slime Mimicked Shizue's smaller form, he created a larger male Clone. However, because the male Clone had more mass than Adorable King Slime's slime form, he had to make up the difference with black mist. Once black mist was used as compensation, the Clone's abilities were weakened to a certain extent.

In other words, the larger the thing Adorable King Slime Mimicked, the greater the weakening. So, in the Marvel Universe, if Adorable King Slime became as large as Abomination, his combat power might drop drastically. It simply wouldn't be worth it.

A Clone possessed the same abilities as the main body and could be freely controlled within one kilometer. Beyond one kilometer, it could only share vision and carry out commands. The main body could also issue commands to the Clone through [Thought Transmission], also known as [Thought Communication].

[Area Barrier] could confine heat within a certain range to prevent it from leaking out. It could also block part of the effects of physical and magical attacks, so Adorable King Slime shrank it down and used it as a protective shield.

After being integrated and evolved by Great Sage and Transmuter, it later developed into [Multiple Barriers], which was displayed once during Adorable King Slime's fight with Hakurou in episode nine.

Hakurou launched a sudden sneak attack and severed Adorable King Slime's arm, which was protected by [Body Armor] + [Multiple Barriers], leaving Adorable King Slime extremely shocked.

Great Sage incorporated [Mimicry], [Flame Transformation], and [Heat Manipulation] into the special skill [Transmuter], then obtained the skills [Black Flame], [Molecular Manipulation], and [Omnipotent Transformation].

Omnipotent Transformation was an ability that allowed one to use part of a monster's abilities after devouring it. If the skill was used without taking on the monster's complete form, its power would be reduced.

In the anime, Adorable King Slime did not turn into a Black Spider. Instead, he directly stretched out his palm and released [Sticky Steel Thread] to bind Shion. That was an application of [Omnipotent Transformation].

Black Flame was an ability that generated flames directly from within the body without needing to create a magical body. Our protagonist in this book could use this skill too!

The [Black Flame Lightning] Adorable King Slime used to intimidate the Great Ogre Tribe was a new skill created by linking [Black Flame] and [Molecular Manipulation]. It was a higher-level skill than [Black Flame].

In the anime, it directly blew apart a huge boulder, but in the novel, it directly annihilated an entire mountain. It was an incredibly powerful skill, which was why Adorable King Slime said he wanted to seal it away.
