The fluctuation in Fairy's communication signal also alerted another voice within Jianshu.
It controlled Jianshu, its gaze sweeping across the area—Ye Shunguang and Griseo had fallen unconscious, while Wise shielded Belle behind him.
"Tsk, tsk, tsk. The four protagonists of the hero's party: one badly wounded, one unconscious, and two little nobodies. I really don't understand why Jianshu hasn't killed you."
"Who exactly are you?" Belle asked.
"Miss Belle, who I am isn't important. Because you won't have any roles in the next act!"
"Oh? Is that so?"
Jianshu was still laughing when it suddenly stuttered. Then, a tall woman appeared out of nowhere, grabbed Jianshu by the ear, and lifted it up in one swift motion.
"What is this...?"
The sudden turn of events left Wise stunned.
"Big Sister Vill-V?" On the other side, Belle froze, immediately recognizing the newcomer—the iconic magician's top hat. Who else could it be but Vill-V?
"Don't move, okay? If I break you, I'm not taking responsibility!"
The woman gestured for Jianshu to be quiet, then waved at Belle and Wise. "Hello! I'm a little late!"
"Big Sister Vill-V, if you'd come any later, I would've fallen asleep." On the other side, the "badly wounded" Griseo stood up and dusted herself off.
"Griseo? You weren't hurt at all!" Belle exclaimed.
"Belle, I'm guessing everything just now was under Griseo's control!" After recovering from his shock, Wise shook his head helplessly. Griseo's acting had been far too convincing.
"Oh, little Griseo, didn't I need to prepare a few things?"
Vill-V pulled out a remote control and waved it at the three of them. "After all, we're dealing with something that can escape through network cables.
"Besides, I ran into a group of people blocking
