Wise runs Random Play on Sixth Street with his biological younger sister, Belle. Beneath the store’s ordinary façade, the siblings are Phaethon, a powerful Proxy identity that accepts Hollow commissions through their HDD system and Bangboo, Eous. 2 97

He and Belle became Griseo’s family after she arrived on Sixth Street. Wise treats her as his younger sister, monitors her unexplained awakenings with Belle, and investigates the missing identities of the people she calls her family. 6
