Jin nodded. "All right. I'll go to Fugaku's house now. Elder Tenjo and Fugaku should both be home.

Jin and Fujimoto headed for the Uchiha District. At Fugaku's house, Fugaku and Uchiha Tenjo were drinking tea in the living room.
"Is everything going smoothly with the Security Force lately?"
"Everything's running normally. Jin manages it well. He handles most difficult matters himself without needing me to step in."
Uchiha Tenjo nodded. "Jin really is talented. With him helping you, I can rest easy.
"Fujimoto, the guard you transferred from the Security Force, is talented too. He thinks quickly and can resolve many problems with ease."
Fugaku smiled. "He is. Among the younger Uchiha, Fujimoto is known as the Tactician. He's resourceful. That's why I chose him."
Uchiha Tenjo laughed. "So you picked him deliberately. If Fujimoto is the Tactician, what are Sanada's strengths?"
"Sanada is still young. I'm training him to become a pillar of the clan, and he may have an important role to play someday. Serving as the Elder's guard will broaden his horizons.
"He's impulsive and rather proud, but with Fujimoto there to keep him in check, he'll grow faster than he would in the Security Force."
