Fugaku slowly rose to his feet. His eyes had become rippled Rinnegan, and even standing still, he radiated power.
It felt good. This was nothing like the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. He moved slightly, and an overwhelming aura burst from his body.
The moment he awakened the Rinnegan, knowledge he had never encountered before flooded his mind. He still needed to test it, but he could already put it to use.

His Rinnegan shifted back into the Eternal Mangekyo Sharingan. As he unleashed Complete Susanoo, the Great Tree beneath him was crushed underfoot. His enormous form appeared in the Land of the Moon. The Wings on his back beat, and with agility that belied his size, he shot into the sky and headed deeper into the country.
From that height, he could see far across the land. His Mangekyo Sharingan swept the surroundings, picking out figures fleeing through the distant Forest.
Fugaku laughed at the sight. He had thought the shinobi of the Cloud and Mist Villages would hide when they saw him, forcing him to spend time hunting
