More and more Stone shinobi closed in. Ōnoki's death seemed to have ignited their fighting spirit, and Fugaku's interest rose.

He slammed his hands together and drew on the chakra within him. Susanoo swelled in an instant, becoming a Complete Susanoo that towered over the battlefield.
The towering figure did nothing but stand there, yet despair swept through the Stone shinobi.
"There's no way we can stop that."
The Stone shinobi who had been so eager to fight were suddenly gripped by boundless fear. Ninja fled in droves.
Susanoo seized the two long blades at its back, drew them, and slashed downward.
Boom!
A thunderous impact rang out. Two massive black gashes cut straight across Iwagakure.
Buildings collapsed into ruins. Starting at Susanoo's feet, the gashes split the entire village into three sections.
A great many Stone shinobi who had crowded the area were gone. The rest fled for their lives, with none of their earlier resolve to die fighting.
Fugaku did not stop. He drove Susanoo toward the center of Iwagakure.
Civilians fled across the ground in a frenzy. Screams and cries for help rose one after another.
Every step crushed a swath of buildings, leaving an enormous footprint.
Several figures appeared ahead of Fugaku.
"Heh. Someone with authority finally decided to show up."
An elderly ninja stepped forward. Fugaku had read reports on him: he was an elder of Iwagakure.
"Lord Fugaku Uchiha, you may take the two Tailed Beasts. No one will try to stop you."
