Lu Mingqian and Meng Jiu'an each grabbed the hand resting on his shoulder and swiftly put Ji Qi in an arrest hold.

Ji Qi looked from side to side. Suddenly, a powerful grip caught him; before he could react, he was bent over.

"What are you doing?"

The only answer Ji Qi got was more pressure on his back.

"Helping you stretch," Lu Mingqian said, his voice as gentle as a spring breeze.

Ji Qi grinned, showing all his teeth. "My mistake."

His gaze moved between them. "You two..."

"What about us?" Lu Mingqian tossed each of them a bottle of water.

"Thanks, I'm thirsty." Meng Jiu'an unscrewed the cap and gulped down the water.

"Don't drink too fast after strenuous exercise," Lu Mingqian reminded him.

"It's too hot."
