Ling Feiran found Lin Pengpeng clinging to the Mountain Demon's leg, and Lin Pengpeng described the creature shaking itself like a wet dog.

• Pei Xianjue found the passage blocked by a soft inner layer and began digging through it with her blade.
• Three mountain lice tried to repair the wall, and Pei Xianjue stabbed one despite Ling Feiran's warning that something was approaching.
• The mountain lice rattled, and the Mountain Demon shook violently, throwing Pei Xianjue, Huangfu Miaomiao, and Pashan into the compost chamber.

• Lin Pengpeng spotted a glowing substance in the Mountain’s leg joint, and Ling Feiran guessed it might be the Mountain’s weak point.
• Worried that stopping the Mountain could kill those trapped inside, Lin Pengpeng climbed onto its back and began digging into one of its clogged holes.

• Pei Xianjue explained that she had secretly copied the Lorias Maze map to help Feng Ling, and Huangfu Miaomiao thanked her for helping Feng Ling find the Labyrinth Divine Statue.

Lin Pengpeng and the others escaped the Mountain Demon and chose to follow its tracks back toward their separated group. As the fog thickened, Chaos appeared and struck at the Corrupted Giant Mountain Demon, leaving the group weakened but apparently not its target.

• Lin Pengpeng broke through the rock barrier, allowing everyone to escape the Mountain Demon as Mountain lice tried to seal the opening.
• Ling Feiran explained that the fog weakened people on the ground, and Pei Xianjue decided they should retrace the Mountain Demon's footprints to reunite with their group.

• A Life Seed attached itself to Pei Xianjue, so Feng Ling cut off part of her hand before the seed mutated into a mass of fingers; Ling Feiran treated her wound, and Pei Xianjue burned the nearby seeds.
• Ling Feiran warned the group to avoid falling, since the Life Seeds could parasitize their faces and heads.
• The Labyrinth Boss emerged from the flower bud, and Feng Ling charged it, severing its upper body and riddling its flower-bud heart with holes.

Feng Ling and her team attacked the Labyrinth Boss while preventing its Life Seeds from parasitizing them. Ling Feiran’s poisoned seed weakened the Boss, allowing Feng Ling to finish the fight.

• Feng Ling explained that the Boss’s plasma could restore energy but its large seeds could parasitize through blood vessels, so Ye Zheng volunteered to sever the vessels while the others attacked.
• Huangfu Miaomiao used grenades to clear seeds and draw the Boss’s attention, then retreated when it sprayed blood and flesh seeds.
• Feng Ling, Ye Zheng, and Pei Xianjue attacked the Boss while Lin Pengpeng and Ling Feiran destroyed the large seeds on the ground.

• Feng Ling and the group opened the treasure chest inside the Boss’s heart and found a set of jewelry called Inanna's Divine Artifacts, whose functions were unknown.
• As the blood-filled channels beneath them glowed red, the Boss’s body dissolved and a teleportation array transported everyone out of the Maze.

Feng Ling learned that the group had to descend through the Underworld Maze’s Seven Gates to reach and defeat the God of Death, but the gates would strip away Cards and then senses. Green Weasel’s explanation of the Inanna myth revealed that the seven divine artifacts might protect Feng Ling, who prepared to face the other half of the Maze’s divided god.

• Huangfu Miaomiao explained that the group could not leave the Maze without killing the God of Death at the Abyss’s bottom.
• Huangfu Miaomiao described how the Seven Gates stripped away Cards and then senses, leaving Feng Ling as the only one with enough Cards to descend safely.

She took the God of Death's spindle and discovered it showed scenes from her life, then wondered whether its other end revealed her death.

• Pei Xianjue, Lin Pengpeng, Huangfu Miaomiao, Ye Zheng, and Ling Feiran worried about Feng Ling and agreed to wait before sending Ling Feiran down to look for her.
