Feng Ling investigated a Tunnel with Huangfu Miaomiao and Zhou Diao, where they discovered a cave full of dead Xenomorphs and flesh-eating bugs. A Bug Monster killed Brother Chao, and the group became trapped underground as the swarm attacked.

• Feng Ling killed the Blood Worm woman, the Big Head Monster, and the Tall Thin Man, then obtained the Ghost Jellyfish Card and took the injured Huangfu Miaomiao with her.
• Feng Ling accepted an invitation from Super Strong Super to investigate a Tunnel, while Brother Chao revealed that he was recruiting Card-holders to feed a monster.
• Feng Ling met Zhou Diao and his team at Jiangkou City, and Su Yuqing arranged for them to cooperate after Huangfu Miaomiao demonstrated her ability to identify Xenomorphs.
• Feng Ling and the team followed Brother Chao and Fang Ye into a cave, where Huangfu Miaomiao recognized the apparently sick Xenomorphs as dead and warned that a Contaminant had killed them.
• Flesh worms and bluish-black Adult Form bugs emerged from the Xenomorph corpses, and Feng Ling, Huangfu Miaomiao, Zhou Diao, and the Special Forces fought them off.
• A Bug Monster dropped a human head, bit off Brother Chao's head, and withdrew as Brother Chao's voice threatened the group from the cave.
• Huangfu Miaomiao accepted an A-Rank Subjugation Task as Zhou Diao and Feng Ling fought the swarming bugs and the group retreated through the tunnels.
• The group took a wrong passage, Fang Ye and Cao Hongyi fell into a deep pit, and Cao Hongyi shot Brother Chao in the forehead.

Feng Ling learned that the System had marked her as a Hidden Boss, gathered strength while seeking a Maze entrance, and followed its riddles to Qingjiang Bridge No. 1. The search ended in a Fishman ambush, which Feng Ling survived by killing one attacker and crippling the others.

• Feng Ling and the Special Forces fought the Contaminants in the cave, where she used light and loud music to turn the fight around and helped Huangfu Miaomiao earn Points by finishing weakened creatures.
• Feng Ling gained new abilities and a Nest Building skill from Cards, but her Corruption Value rose to 29%, and the System announced that the Hidden Boss Hive had reached Sub-adult Form.
• After returning to Qingjiang City, Feng Ling learned that Players were hunting the Hidden Boss and decided to become strong enough to drive them away while searching for a Maze.
• Feng Ling followed Huangfu Miaomiao’s clues to the amusement park and Qingjiang Bridge No. 1, where they struggled to solve the Maze’s riddles.
• Daoist Priest Li explained that Snake Moon referred to the previous lunar month and advised Feng Ling to search west at sunset for a door revealed by the Skyfire.
• As Feng Ling watched the sunset from a Patrol Boat, an underwater Xenomorph pierced her chest and she fell into the river.
• Feng Ling killed one of the three Fishmen and crippled the other two by biting off their pectoral fins, then let both survivors go.

Feng Ling survived the Mengjia Hotel Xenomorph den and learned that dead Labyrinth Administrators were causing Mazes to spread Pollution into the real world. She tracked down Li Qing at Sanqing Mountain and prepared to enter the Maze, but a towering monkey snatched Huangfu Miaomiao’s little sister as the entrance drew near.

• Feng Ling fought through Mengjia Hotel’s Xenomorphs and Slime Mold to rescue Huangfu Miaomiao, then escaped before Su Yuqing’s bombardment destroyed the building.
• Fang Ye obtained a Card from the defeated Fishman and sought to join the Supervision Bureau, while Feng Ling asked Su Yuqing for help entering a Maze.
• Feng Ling learned that Li Qing had deleted her and traveled with Huangfu Miaomiao to Sanqing Mountain to confront him.
• Feng Ling captured Li Qing and learned that he could open the Maze at Goddess Peak, where its Labyrinth Master had to be killed to stop its spread.
• Li Qing revealed that at least one-third of the Labyrinth Administrators had been killed and that Mazes around the world were spreading Pollution, prompting Feng Ling to warn others and Su Yuqing to alert Ye Zheng.
• On the way up Goddess Peak, a child’s mother called Huangfu Miaomiao a monster, and Feng Ling comforted her as Li Qing explained her origins and his Diviner Card.
• Feng Ling arranged for Pei Xianjue to bring reinforcements and pressed Li Qing to join their mission, but a towering monkey seized Huangfu Miaomiao’s little sister and Huangfu Miaomiao pursued it as a shadow.

Feng Ling and her companions explored the Sanqing Mountain Maze, fought its monsters, and found an Idol that reduced Feng Ling’s Corruption Value. After Liang Zhou died in a confrontation with Pei Xianjue, the group left Fox Village and spotted a huge creature beneath a lake.

• Feng Ling and her companions entered the Maze, reached Sanqing Palace, and encountered the Horse-Face and Minotaur Monsters while Liang Zhou revealed his A-rank Card and demanded command.
• Feng Ling killed a Horse-Face Monster, then led the group to Fox Village, where she found an Idol and lowered her Corruption Value by drawing the Mirror Newt Card.
• Feng Ling and her companions discovered that Fox Demons could trap them in illusions and revive after being killed, so they hunted the creatures throughout the village.
• Feng Ling and Pei Xianjue found Liang Zhou drinking with Foxes in the Tangled Grove, where he attacked Pei Xianjue after she tried to break his illusion.
• Pei Xianjue killed Liang Zhou in self-defense, and Feng Ling fought through Fox Demon illusions before reuniting with Huangfu Miaomiao.
• Feng Ling and her companions recovered Liang Zhou’s Cards and remains, left Fox Village, and spotted enormous ripples in a lake that might conceal the Labyrinth Master.
