Chi Hong defeated Xu Tianyuan, raising Squishy’s cultivation enough for it to recover to its fifty-percent form, then challenged the Illustrious Virtue Hall and Offering Hall. Crown Prince Xu Tianran tried to defuse the confrontation, but Wang Yiheng stepped forward to fight.

• Di Qiu'er swallowed Xu Tianyuan in her golden dragon phantom, and Chi Hong’s group defeated him despite his Invincible Shield Soul Tool.
• Chi Hong learned that Squishy could now recover to its fifty-percent form, though it still needed at least fifty thousand more years of cultivation to regain its complete form.
• Chi Hong considered attacking the Illustrious Virtue Hall and Offering Hall and searched for the Steel Plate he had sensed inside the hall.
• Xu Tianran arrived with Luan Feng and Wang Yiheng, apologized for Xu Tianyuan, and offered an exchange with students from the Illustrious Virtue Hall.

Snow Empress and Di Qiu'er defeated Jing Hongchen, allowing Chi Hong to press toward the Illustrious Virtue Hall. There, Kong Deming unleashed a powerful Genesect, and Chi Hong answered by having Squishy gather cells into a giant mechanical form.

• Jing Hongchen's Hongchen's Shelter shielded him from Snow Empress's Emperor Sword, but Di Qiu'er broke it with the Golden Dragon Spear.
• Jing Hongchen transformed with his Toad True Body, but Snow Empress froze him with Emperor's Palm: Great Snow Without Cold, and Squishy gained enough experience to reach sixty thousand years.

• Zygarde struck Genesect into a crater, then blocked its Ice-type Techno Blast and trapped the Genesect with Thousand Waves.
• Chi Hong demanded that Kong Deming explain how he created Genesect, and Kong Deming marveled at Zygarde before admitting his mechanical life-forms were inferior.

Chi Hong sent Mewtwo against the human camp’s strongest fighters, and Mewtwo swiftly killed Ye Xishui and struck Long Xiaoyao into a pit. He then faced Xu Tianran, whose Destruction Divine Lightning Mewtwo blocked with ease.

• Xu Tianran ordered Ye Xishui to demonstrate her power, and she summoned her Death God Tower with her Blood Soul Avatar.
• Chi Hong told Mewtwo to use Psystrike, and Mewtwo shattered the Death God Tower and destroyed Ye Xishui’s mind and soul.

Mewtwo defeated Xu Tianran and destroyed the God of Destruction’s Divine Sense after it possessed Xu Tianran’s body. As the Soul Master legions fired on Mingdu, Mewtwo stopped their shells and detonated them harmlessly in the sky.

• Mewtwo overwhelmed Xu Tianran with Psychic, leaving him unconscious while the God of Destruction sensed Mewtwo’s power from the Divine Realm.
• Chi Hong warned that the God of Destruction had taken control of Xu Tianran’s body, and the God of Destruction confronted Chi Hong and Gu Yuena.
