Xiao Wu leaped into Er Ming's hand.

Sky Azure Bull Python's enormous body slowly rose from the Lake of Life, his azure scales gleaming in the sunlight.

"Let's go. We need to hurry if we want to reach Heaven Dou City soon," Xiao Wu urged.

Dugu Bo took the lead, flying toward the edge of Star Dou Forest.

Titan Giant Ape followed close behind with long strides.

Sky Azure Bull Python shifted into a slender streak of azure light and followed alongside them, flying low.

Just then, a party of Soul Masters was traveling along the main road outside the forest.

They had been chatting as they made their way toward the outer reaches of Star Dou Forest to hunt Soul Beasts.

Boom! The ground suddenly shook.

Then they saw it.

A gigantic ape emerged from the trees, its sheer size terrifying.

Beside him flew an enormous Soul Beast with a bull's head and a snake's body, circling low above the ground.

The Soul Masters stopped dead, their faces pale.

Several of them froze in fear, hardly daring to breathe.

They all knew these two terrifying creatures had to be over ten thousand years old. They had surely come from the mixed zone of Star Dou Forest, if not somewhere even deeper.

A single breath from either of them could kill the whole party.
