On the Throne, Link was taking stock of his "spoils."

His staggering gamble with Darkseid had won him four of the universe's fundamental laws.

Power, reality, time, and space.

Under his will, these four forces could intertwine into endless variations. He could even reboot an entire galaxy while eating hot pot and singing.

Link sank his consciousness into the system map. On that vast cosmic star chart, two points of light still radiated an irresistible allure.

One was yellow, representing the Mind Stone. Its coordinates were exceptionally clear: it was right there on Earth.

Through the resonance of the four Stones, Link could even clearly "see" that Stone's current state. It sat quietly embedded in the forehead of a newly born intelligent life-form, whose perfect body was a blend of vibranium, biological tissue, and cosmic energy.

Link snarked inwardly. This one was easy. He could collect it anytime.

But the other point of light made him frown for the first time.

- It was an orange halo, representing "soul."
