Lin Mo turned his attention to the codename listed beside it.

Who was this again? The thought had barely crossed his mind before another look at the photo jogged his memory.
Oh, her. The woman who joined The Seven later in the original story, cheering Homelander on and even taking Madelyn's place.
Honestly, she was every bit as bizarre as The Deep. She had even induced herself to produce breast milk.
Homelander probably got so stupid later in the original story because he drank all that milk full of artificial additives.
Lin Mo read farther down the file. Her ability was generating sparks.
That settled it. She was the one whose codename made you expect something spectacular, only for her to raise a hand and show you a few sparks. It really was her.
Lin Mo had assumed, based on the timeline, that it would be another few years before he met this woman.
He hadn't expected an open tryout to bring her into the picture ahead of schedule. Still, it made sense. It wasn't as though she would suddenly pop into existence a few years from now.
With a chance to join The Seven available now, there was nothing strange about her signing up.
"Is something wrong?"
Ashley had been watching his expression. Seeing him pause on this page, she spoke up.
"Nothing."
Lin Mo shook his head and placed the two files together.
"Which of these two do you think is the better choice?"
"Starlight."
Ashley answered with almost no hesitation, then pointed to the description of Starlight's abilities in her file.
"Based on her performance in the earlier rounds, her abilities give her more of an advantage. She scored well on the strength tests, and the effect was very noticeable when she released bright light."
