I had planned to post a second update today, but something came up with my family, so I couldn't manage it.

The whole thing was actually pretty ridiculous. Someone had used my identity to open a shop in the city where my parents lived. Only when a dispute arose and someone called me did I find out about it.

It kept me busy all day, tracking people down, making calls, reporting it to the police, and contacting the relevant departments.

By the time I had dealt with everything and came back to write the update, I was physically and mentally exhausted.

Then I happened to check the review section and found a flood of insults and criticism.

Sweating bullets here, little bro~

Let me give everyone a single response here.

A lot of people criticized Crown of Chaos for being far worse than my previous book, Warhammer Throne (Proof of the Sun King), and only slightly better than Lord of the End.

I admit that. There's nothing to defend. This book really is far worse than the Warhammer one.

First, after a peak when I had a strong desire to express myself, my creative drive declined noticeably. That had to do with the constant pressures of real life, such as being pushed to get married and paying the mortgage. It also had to do with changes in the broader environment, chapters getting blocked from time to time, and joining certain organizations that repeatedly insisted I couldn't write this or that.

The idea of combining Dungeons & Dragons with Warhammer came from a reader's suggestion and the inspiration I got after playing the early access version of Baldur's Gate 3. I thought combining the two would be fascinating, so after browsing several hundred megabytes of documents, I started writing.
