Aaron digested the knowledge pouring into his mind. He now knew how to create greater succubi; all he lacked were the materials.
He could have used Misranda, this Shining Sister, to transform her into a Shining Sister of his own on the spot. He already had that ability. But considering she was Malcanthet's daughter, she was probably wider down below than the sewers beneath the Sallyan Residence in Cormyr's Three Crowns District. Even if Aaron assumed his Golden Law Incarnation, his proud endowment at its fullest would never fill her. He dismissed the idea.
He had no interest in filling Malcanthet's bottomless pit the way Be'lakor did.
Raising a Demon Queen of Succubi who belonged entirely to him and having her compete with Malcanthet in the Abyss would be far more interesting.
There was bad news, too. The death of the Shining Sister Misranda would inevitably attract Malcanthet's attention. The Demon Queen of Succubi might blame Six-Fingers, but it also meant Aaron was running out of time!

What happened?
By the time he returned to the prison wagon, the battle was already over.
Samir and Annomyn had suffered minor injuries and were bandaging themselves. Nastya sat on a Glabrezu, holding the Sun-Moon Blades. The Archdevil Morgan had hacked two succubi to pieces, while Astarion was the most seriously injured.
Aside from them, everyone was dead. All the Ladies' Guns assigned to escort Aaron's group had fallen. As for the Balor, the Legendary Glabrezu leading the party, and the dozen or so Manes under their command, the fiery mushroom cloud had already told the story.
Chunks of shattered ice crystals littered the
