Kazan finished this round of training quickly.

With Life Return helping him control his Chakra output, he had mastered the technique.

Still, with more than a dozen Shadow Clones training at once, Kazan had actually spent over ten days on it.

He couldn't channel too much Chakra. Excess lightning-nature Chakra would damage his cells.

He couldn't channel too little, either, or it wouldn't stimulate his cells at all.

That was the risk of training in Lightning Release Chakra Mode.

"Now I just need to master it completely."

Kazan ate his fill and resumed training.

"The best way to train is to fight."

"Minato, come fight me!"

As Kurenai and the others watched, Kazan's round belly returned to normal with a whoosh.

Then he leaped from the mountaintop and charged toward Minato Namikaze.

Minato heard the shout and watched Kazan come racing through the air from afar.

He sighed inwardly. The kid really did act on every impulse.

As Kazan shot toward him like lightning, Minato activated Flying Thunder God and took him beyond the Main Camp.

By the time Obito and the others arrived, both men were long gone.

"They're gone? Already left?"

"I told you. Whether it's our teacher's Flying Thunder God or Kazan's sheer speed, we can't keep up!"

"Don't be smug. You wanted to see our teacher fight Kazan too!"

Kakashi didn't argue.

Of course he wanted to see the Ghost of Konoha fight the Yellow Flash.

But they were too far behind. Even rushing over as fast as they could, they hadn't caught a glimpse of either man.

A violent surge of Chakra came from somewhere miles away.

Their teacher must have taken Kazan there.
