Kazan had returned to the center of Rōran.
Naruto was nowhere to be seen. Only Sara stood before him, looking delicate and fragile.
"He's already gone back to his own time. He also asked me to pass on a message: take good care of yourself."
"Sounds like we get along pretty well in the future."
Kazan didn't know Minato Namikaze's memory-erasing technique, so his memories of Rōran would remain.

Sara knew she had failed as a queen.

The affair with Anrokuzan had made her fully realize that Rōran could continue to keep out of the world's conflicts.
