Ren looked at Tony Stark and could only think that the guy was seriously ill.
He had come all this way just to ask for his help?
Were they that close?
At most, they had only crossed paths on a few battlefields.
And when had it ever not been him cleaning up after these so-called superheroes?
They owed him so many favors they could hardly ever repay them, yet now that they were having an internal conflict, they had come running to him to take sides?
It was utterly ridiculous.
"Mr. Stark, I'll say this one last time."
"The Sorcerers of Kamar-Taj are only responsible for resisting interdimensional threats. We don't get involved in the political games of your mundane world or the childish make-believe of your superheroes."
Ren's tone turned cold as he directly ordered him to leave.
"But since you possess such powerful strength, you should take on the responsibilities of a superhero..." Tony was still trying to convince Ren with his usual theories.
"Sorry, I'm not a superhero. I'm just a sorcerer who reads books in the deep mountains."
Ren could not be bothered to listen to his nonsense any longer.
He raised his right hand and casually snapped his fingers.

A golden ring of light instantly unfolded beneath Tony's feet.

Before Tony could react, his entire body fell straight through, and the Portal closed at once.

Tony Stark landed with a thud on the soft Persian carpet in his New York headquarters.
He scrambled to his feet and looked around at the familiar luxurious furnishings, his expression incredibly complicated.
"This... This Magic is completely unreasonable."
Every time he experienced this instantaneous teleportation across half the planet, Tony felt a deep sense of powerlessness.
It completely overturned his understanding of physics and
