The Konoha Ninjas burst into cheers. This was the greatest damage they had suffered since the Four-Tails appeared.

However, everyone had underestimated the Four-Tails' tenacity as a Tailed Beast.

Along with the Four-Tails' howl of pain, the ground around it suddenly began to crack apart. Columns of lava shot into the sky, then spread outward in all directions.

Sasuke controlled Susanoo and blocked some of the lava,

but a considerable amount still fell toward the main force of the Ninjas.

Water Release, Earth Release, and scattered jutsu appeared as they tried to block the overwhelming lava. However, it was merely a drop in the bucket and had no effect at all.

Looking at the lava filling the sky, as if hell itself were descending upon them,

the Ninjas despaired.

Just as these Ninjas were about to close their eyes and await death,

"Sage Art: Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan!!!"

A slightly hoarse young voice suddenly reached everyone's ears.

When they opened their eyes, the sight before them left everyone stunned.

A huge blue ball of Chakra began blasting forward,

and the intense blue-white light was so dazzling that it made their eyes ache, yet no one dared close them.

The massive Rasengan collided directly with the overwhelming lava.

In an instant, an enormous explosion rang out, and the scorching lava splashed in every direction.

The powerful Rasengan, however, blocked all of the lava.

Only then did the Ninjas notice the short figure standing beneath the Ultra-Big Ball Rasengan.

"What..." some of them murmured.

Boom!!!

The lava exploded and scattered everywhere, but because of the Rasengan, not a single drop touched the Konoha Ninjas.
