Control and technique strength

• A technique’s power depends on the user’s chakra reserves and control, not solely on its rank 10.
• Precise control can reduce the hand seals needed for ordinary ninjutsu or eliminate them entirely. Aogetsu demonstrates this with a seal-free Fireball Jutsu 10.
• Directing chakra into the soles of the feet enables tree-climbing and water-walking training. Too much chakra or uneven flow can disrupt the exercise 11 15 20.

Shape and nature transformation

• Nature Transformation gives chakra an elemental quality. Aogetsu demonstrates it by turning released chakra into lightning 29.
