"How about this? When Ino and I have a child, they can take your surname!" Liuyun stepped forward, draped an arm around Inoichi Yamanaka's shoulders, and smiled.

"Do you mean that?" Inoichi Yamanaka's eyes lit up, excitement spreading across his weathered face.

"Of course. You've seen how many women I have. One child's surname won't make a difference!" Liuyun waved casually. "But if Ino and I can't manage, you'll have to help us look after the child!"

"No problem!" Inoichi Yamanaka waved dismissively.

Ino was his only daughter. Now that she was marrying Liuyun, she would naturally take his surname. But if their child took his surname instead...

Wouldn't that mean his family line would continue? He couldn't have asked for anything better!

At that thought, Inoichi Yamanaka stopped agonizing over it. The more he looked at Liuyun, the more satisfied he became. They immediately threw their arms around each other's shoulders, chatting and laughing.
