Background and History

Liuyun transmigrates into Konoha in its thirty-first year, shortly before the Second Shinobi World War. His Uchiha body has poor apparent talent, and the clan largely neglects him. After their parents die in battle, he and his cousin Uchiha Mikoto live together at the edge of the clan compound. Fear of the approaching war drives his nightly training 1.

His God-Level Choice System activates and begins granting abilities and improvements in return for completing choices. Within days, Liuyun defeats his former bully Uchiha Yuantong and then Minato Namikaze in an Academy exercise. Rather than conceal his new strength, he uses the victories to make the clan and village leadership take notice 1 6 7 8.

After a further year of training, Liuyun intervenes when Fugaku threatens Mikoto. He breaks Fugaku’s leg, kills the guard Zhongtong, and confronts clan head Fuchu. The clash ends with Fuchu seeking reconciliation, but Liuyun remains unwilling to put himself under clan control 13 14 15 16 17.

Liuyun graduates as a Genin and joins Mikoto and Kushina on Tsunade’s Team Six. During the war, he protects Mikoto and Nawaki from a Sand Ninja ambush, helps Tsunade survive a compromised raid, and later attacks Rain Ninja forces while seeking to rescue her 19 22 35 36 42 49 50.

Appearance

Before his later physical growth, Liuyun is a handsome young boy with short black hair. He wears a fitted black outfit to the Academy; activating his Sharingan turns his eyes scarlet 3 4.

Personality

Liuyun is protective of Mikoto, Kushina, and Nawaki, but often combines that concern with calculation or deception. He arranges protection for Mikoto, pursues Kushina’s kidnappers, and sends Nawaki to train in Shikkotsu Forest without Nawaki’s consent 24 25 49.

He favors dramatic boasts and deliberately cultivates a formidable public image. Privately, he distrusts clan politics and Konoha’s leadership, resenting the Uchiha’s sudden kindness after years of neglect. He accepts useful help while resisting obligations that would limit his independence 7 10 11 19 28. His flirtatious behavior is also repeatedly encouraged by the system’s choices 5 13.

Ice-Ice Fruit and Ice Release

The system grants Liuyun the Ice-Ice Fruit. In the shinobi world, its ice creation uses chakra and appears to others to be an Ice Release kekkei genkai; his actual power is not established as Yuki-clan ancestry 3 7 9.
