"Huh? We're going back already?" asked another man in surprise. He had purple lips, a flat nose, slender eyebrows, and unusually long limbs. He wore a pink-and-white coat with "GAS" printed around its edges, an orange-yellow diagonally striped suit underneath, and purple-black gloves marked "CC." The lower half of his body was made of gas. "I heard you say someone died. Did somebody take advantage of your absence to ambush one of your men?"

"I happen to have time," the man in the coat said calmly. "If the opponent is troublesome, I can lend you a hand."

Doflamingo hadn't intended to ask anyone for help, but after a moment's thought, he replied, "Fine."

The man with the gaseous lower body was less brave. "I don't know exactly what happened in Dressrosa, but with the two of you going, you can handle any problem. There's no need for me to come along, right...?"

"No," Doflamingo said grimly. "Focus on your research."

With that, Doflamingo activated his power. He attached threads too fine to see to the clouds overhead and used them to pull himself through the air at high speed, racing toward Dressrosa without stopping.

On the way, he took out another Den Den Mushi he had on him, one that was still intact, and called the World Government.
