Sky Island: Conis's Little Request / Sky Island: Caught Off Guard

Enel rolled his eyes at Kaku as though he were an idiot. "Those are just ordinary plants. Hmph, what an ignorant fool."

Kaku snapped, "You were born and raised on Sky Island, while this is my first visit. Isn't it perfectly normal for me to know less about this place than you?"

As he spoke, Kaku noticed several pumpkin-like objects beneath one of the trees.

They seemed to be fruit that had fallen from the tree.

Without thinking much of it, he ran over, picked one up, and shook it. Hearing liquid sloshing inside, Kaku looked excitedly toward Lin Mo and Enel. "This thing looks like a pumpkin, but there's liquid inside. Is it edible? It certainly looks like it."

As he spoke, Kaku knocked on the pumpkin-like fruit. Hearing a hollow clanging sound, he asked in confusion, "Why is its skin so hard? That sounds like metal..."

Enel had no intention of entertaining him.

Lin Mo hadn't intended to, either.

But Kaku was as excited as a child. He scooped up two of the fruits and bounded over to Lin Mo. "Captain, give me a moment. I'll find something to cut these open. They must taste delicious."

Seeing Kaku about to run back to the Flying Ship for tools, Lin Mo glanced at Enel.

Enel called out to Kaku, "Hey, you stupid Long Nose, get back here! That's called Coconut Fruit. It's much like the coconuts in the Blue Sea. You open it in the middle."

"In the middle?" Kaku froze for a moment.

Enel appeared before Kaku in a flash and took one of the Coconut Fruits. Raising his right hand, electricity flickered around his index finger. He poked the exact center where the fruit's grooves converged, easily opening a small hole.
