Enel clambered up from the deck, cursing under his breath.
Suddenly realizing something, he looked toward Little White and saw him slowly opening his eyes.
Enel dared not think any further. He immediately turned into lightning and bolted.
Chapter 561: Green Island: Landing
Enel sped along in the direction Lin Mo had indicated.
They encountered a few islands along the way.
They also confirmed their current location: they were back in the North Blue.
This time, however, Lin Mo and his crew had no intention of lingering there.
They traveled during the day and found whatever island was handy to rest on at night. Nearly a month passed in the blink of an eye. Just as Lin Mo had said, an island covered in towering trees, visible from far away, finally came into view.
This was Lin Mo's check-in destination, Green Island.
"Huh? There's nobody on this island?" Before they even approached Green Island, Enel used Observation Haki to sweep every inch of it.
The result left him astonished.
Kaku asked curiously, "Nobody? Is it a deserted island?"
Enel continued, "Not just nobody. There isn't a single breathing creature on that island. It's like a dead island."
"How is that possible..." Kaku was skeptical. "That island looks so lush. Wherever there's a forest, there should be living creatures. How could there not be a single one?"
"I'm telling the truth!" Enel snapped. "Are you questioning the Thunder God?"
Kaku said helplessly, "That's not what I meant. I just find it strange."
"There's definitely something wrong with that island!" Enel declared confidently. "But even if someone really is behind this, running into the Thunder God is their bad luck. Yah hah hah hah!"
Kaku: "=.="
Lin Mo: "..."
Lin Mo could not be bothered to waste any more words on Enel.
