There were two types of roller skates available for the competition: inline skates and quad skates.
Inline skates had four wheels arranged in a straight line.
Quad skates had two wheels in front and two in back.
Perona had used inline skates before, so she naturally chose them.
She was a little unsteady at first, but after a few strides, she got used to them.
As the interference players for this round, Lin Mo and the other two also had to put on their skates ahead of time.
Looking at the two options, Lin Mo thought for a moment and chose quad skates. He had figured they would be easier to use, but he had barely rolled forward a few centimeters when he lost his balance. Even though he had braced himself beforehand, his body still tipped backward uncontrollably.
Little White was closest and immediately stepped forward to catch Lin Mo.

But with no more time to prepare, Perona and Porche went to the starting line and got ready at the referee's signal.
