Lin Mo unleashed a wave of Conqueror's Haki, instantly pinning Enel against the dining table.
"Hey, I was wrong, I was wrong!" Enel immediately begged for mercy. "Hurry up and put away that disgusting Conqueror's Haki!"
Lin Mo sneered. "You can talk big but can't take the consequences? Where's your pride?"
Enel didn't know whether to laugh or cry. "Clinging to my pride now would just be asking to die."
Kaku had no sympathy for Enel whatsoever. "Serves you right."
Kuina used to put in a few words for Enel, but after seeing the same thing happen so many times, she had gotten used to it. "Enel, try watching your mouth for once."
Enel snapped, "You heartless bunch! Doesn't this Thunder God usually treat you well? And now you're kicking me while I'm down!"
Kaku praised him. "Not bad! You've even learned to say 'kicking me while I'm down.' That deserves some praise."
Enel spat a disgruntled "Pah!" at him.
As everyone bickered, the commotion continued.
Lin Mo sipped his wine and said, "Kuina, if you want, you can stay aboard the Inkman for good."
The moment Lin Mo said that, the noisy dining room fell silent.
Kuina asked uncertainly, "Lin Mo, are you serious?"
Kaku asked in surprise, "Captain, do you mean Kuina can stay aboard as an official crew member?"
Lin Mo calmly nodded.
Enel exclaimed, "What the hell? Don't tell me you like Kuina!"
Lin Mo rolled his eyes at him, then thrust a hand backward, sending Enel flying without even touching him.
Kuina asked in bewilderment, "Lin Mo, why?"
Lin Mo said casually, "If you don't want to, you can leave whenever you like."
Kuina immediately said, "It's not that I don't want to. I just thought, given your personality, you wouldn't accept me so easily.
