"So your main target is the New World?"
"In other words, you intend to make a move on those pirate-controlled waters?"
After asking that question, Sengoku fell into thought.
The New World had always been practically off-limits to the Navy, a paradise for pirates. Over the years, no matter how hard the Navy tried, it had never been able to extend its influence there. All it could do was establish a handful of bases.
