With a hearty laugh, he brought his hands together, his fingers meeting as he completed three seals in an instant.

In an instant, a ring of searing flames shot skyward around him, forming a wall of fire that completely sealed him off from the outside.
The paper spears and swords burned up instantly, while Nagato and Yahiko faltered in their charge.
But after only a brief pause, Yahiko rapidly brought his hands together to form seals.
"Water Release: Water Shockwave!"
Water surged forward, colliding with the wall of fire with a sizzling hiss and producing clouds of steam.
Without the slightest hesitation, Nagato charged into the white mist ahead.
In a flash, he was right in front of Xia Le.

Xia Le was somewhat surprised.

Nagato laughed.
Then he rapidly unleashed both fists.
His punches whipped through the air. Xia Le dodged while kicking out with his right foot.
Nagato turned sideways to avoid the kick, stepping forward at the same time and throwing a right punch.
He shifted nimbly from position to position, his movements fluid and unpredictable, while his punches packed considerable power.
