Bang!
Crackle!
Bzzzz!
The sounds of electricity and impact mingled as fine sparks danced behind the two of them.
Nagato narrowed his eyes, seemingly surprised.
That strike had done little.
Yagura Karatachi drew a deep breath. His right hand trembled slightly. A bloody crack had appeared across the palm of his shell-covered hand, but he gritted his teeth and held his opponent fast.
"You blocked my Chidori. Then how about this?"
Nagato raised his left hand and opened his palm. Wisps of wind swirled up, and pale blue energy rapidly coalesced into a sphere above it.

"Even Lord Mizukage was caught off guard!"
Everyone was stunned.
Those two extraordinary techniques had left them reeling. Chidori in the right hand, Rasengan in the left—how was anyone supposed to defend against that?
Compared with Ninjutsu that required hand signs, these techniques were faster and far more sudden. In battle, they could deal an enemy unimaginable damage.
"Cough, cough!"
"I underestimated you!"
Yagura Karatachi spat blood, then slowly rose with gritted teeth, glaring at Nagato.
"Clear a path, and this war can end," Nagato said evenly.
"You are powerful, and mysterious too."
"But letting you leave the Hidden Mist Village just like that..."
"That won't be possible."
Yagura Karatachi shook his head, and the energy around him surged.
Boom!
A tail
