Removing the oxygen mask from his mouth, Gohan stretched.
"It's thanks to you that I'm alive, Xia Le."
"Otherwise, I probably would've died this time!"
Gohan laughed as he spoke.
He tried stretching his arms and was surprised to find that his strength had increased again.
"I told you, Gohan. You saved me first."
Xia Le smiled.
Trunks staggered over carrying a huge pile of food, smiling as he called out, "Gohan, time to eat!"
"So much? Where did you get all this?"
Son Gohan sounded astonished.
"Xia Le and I collected it over the last few days!"
Trunks grinned.
Son Gohan looked at Xia Le.
Xia Le scratched the back of his head awkwardly. "Most of it... was brought back by Trunks."
It was embarrassing to admit. He was a young man in his twenties, yet his strength and speed were far inferior to those of a boy like Trunks.
Outside, he had even needed Trunks's guidance to evade Android 17 and Android 18 as they searched the area.
Without this boy, he would have died long ago if he had spent the past few days alone.
"Once I'm done eating, I'll train both of you!"
Son Gohan spoke indistinctly as he gulped down mouthfuls of food.

Trunks cried out happily.
"Then I'll leave it to you, Gohan!"
Xia Le said with a smile.
