Dragging his battered body, Ochoku struggled to his feet once more.
He gestured for Chris to continue.
Ochoku's body truly was monstrous.
He had taken several attacks, and from someone as powerful as Chris, no less.
Yet after shaking himself off, he could still stand back up.
Even now, he looked full of energy and fighting spirit.
The weakness that had weighed on him seemed to vanish.
Chris shook his head slightly and muttered, "You old-timers really are a pain."
"Do you care that little about your lives?"
Ochoku's stubborn persistence left Chris somewhat exasperated.
But that did not mean Chris felt any pity for him.
Whatever else they were, they were enemies now.
And Chris had never shown mercy to his enemies.
He would not hold back against Ochoku, either.
"Prepare yourself!"
As he spoke, Chris raised a hand and aimed his palm at Ochoku's head.
Power gathered in his palm at a speed visible to the naked eye.
If that strike hit Ochoku's head, it would do more than end the fight.
It might kill him!
At the sight, Katakuri frowned. "This is bad!"
"Chris means to kill him."
"In his current state, how could Ochoku withstand that attack?"
Katakuri moved to intervene.
But Ben Beckman raised a pistol and aimed it at him.
His expression calm, he said, "Don't do anything rash."
"Leave what happens down there to them."
"You're already too late to get involved."
"Before you act, think about what consequences you'll bring upon Totto Land."
With Beckman's gun trained on him, Katakuri stopped at once.
He knew that if he made the slightest move,
Beckman would fire.
Everyone in the New World knew they would be better off offending Red-Haired Shanks
than offending Ben Beckman.
He might
