Imagining himself in a white coat and black-rimmed glasses, whipping people with a leather pointer...

Adrian found the image strangely appealing.

Ahem!

Weatheria would be easy enough. After all, Adrian had already spent months studying on Little Sky Island.

Even if he asked its meteorologists to teach him now, they probably wouldn't refuse.

But the Kingdom of the Future...

"Wasn't that Dr. Vegapunk's hometown? It was in the first half of the Grand Line, too."

"But I thought the Kingdom of the Future specialized in mechanics. It was even known as Karakuri Island."

"Franky, the Straw Hat Pirates' future shipwright, spent his two years of training there studying mechanics."

"Did the Kingdom of the Future have specialized knowledge of oceanography too?"

"More importantly, I don't know the place at all..."

As for Rational Analysis, the Specialty included in the quest rewards...

Adrian couldn't quite make sense of its description.

"Analyze an opponent's Devil Fruit powers" could only mean the countless strange and varied Devil Fruits.

But Adrian knew a great deal about the original story. He was familiar with most Devil Fruit Users and their fruits, including each one's strengths and weaknesses.

And given Adrian's current strength...

He wasn't bragging.

Aside from the handful of experts at the very top of the sea's power hierarchy, he didn't take other Devil Fruit Users seriously.

Those two max-level fruit abilities he'd gained through the panel were no joke!

All in all, Adrian thought Rational Analysis seemed rather underwhelming.

Not worth using, but a shame
