Players could crush a Dungeon Crystal to enter a parallel space that resembled a journey back in time. There, they could take part in an event from the past and advance through the game.
And the only way to create a Dungeon Crystal was through Legend Points!
"So, basically, the developers want players to experience what the power of a legend of the sea feels like?"
Adrian rubbed his chin and fell into thought.
"Players are level 20 right now. Even if the strongest of them can reach level 40 in this version, meeting an NPC with Legend Points would be about as easy as climbing the Red Line barehanded."
"People who've made legendary names for themselves won't take a liking to any player unless circumstances bring them together. You could already see that in version 1.0. More than one player complained on the forum about being ignored by high-level NPCs."
"As for other places tied to Legend Points, players aren't strong enough to get into them yet."
"Looked at another way, the 'Dungeon System' mentioned in the official announcement might as well not exist for players for a long time to come!"
"But... isn't this convenient?"
Adrian opened his personal panel and looked at the dense string of Legend Points entries beneath his attributes.

After testing it for a while, Adrian found that Dungeon Crystals had a limit on how many times they could be used.
