Adrian narrowed his eyes and brought down the Nidai Kitetsu in his right hand.
Ikoku Sovereignty!
A pale, cylindrical shockwave—far too immense to be called a Flying Slash—obliterated the four seemingly razor-sharp Desert Grande Spada in an instant. Carrying the force to destroy everything in its path, it punched through the towering sandstorm and hurtled straight toward Crocodile.
"What?!"
Crocodile was stunned. He had never imagined White Ghost would smash through both attacks he was so proud of with a head-on strike.
By the time he reacted and tried to turn into sand to evade it, the terrifying shockwave was already in his face!
BOOM! BOOM! BOOM!
The shockwave struck Crocodile inside the sandstorm, ripped him out of the curtain of sand, and drove him straight into the boundless desert below. A thunderous explosion shook the sky.
Under its terrifying force, the once-unbroken dunes cracked and collapsed, opening a stretch of deep, axe-hewn fissures.
Countless grains of sand erupted from beneath the ground and surged skyward, forming a monstrous sandstorm no less vast than the heavy Sables from moments before.
Several minutes passed.
Only then did the sand fall back from the sky, filling the cracks again. A thick haze of dust still hung in the air.
Crocodile emerged from the desert in a sorry state. His once-imposing black fur coat was now in tatters.
"Hahahaha!!"
Crocodile threw back his head and laughed, elated to have survived.
"Didn't expect that, did you, White Ghost? Your attack doesn't work on me at all!"
When he had seen that terrifying cylindrical shockwave coming,
Crocodile had thought he would be gravely wounded, even if he survived.
Instead, the Sand-Sand Fruit's power to turn his body into sand had carried him through the attack without a scratch.
"You thought that counted as an attack?"
