Minato furrowed his brows and spoke sternly.
"Obito, what you've been doing lately is completely out of line!"
"The tailed beasts exist to maintain the balance between ninja villages. Why would you risk the condemnation of the entire world by going after them?"
At this point, a hint of anger crept into Minato's voice.
