Dian took one last look at his current location, committing it firmly to memory.

Two bags also hung from the poison stingers on Beedrill's arms.
Dian looked at the large bag in his hand and the increasingly heavy backpack on his back, then gave a wry smile.
Unless he found some way to deal with all this stuff, even getting back on the road would probably be difficult.
Still, that worked out well enough. Antler Town had a Pokémon Center. He had visited once before, but only to have Beedrill hastily examined. As soon as he had confirmed nothing was wrong, he had rushed off to take care of other things.
This was a good chance to put these supplies to use. With a professional nearby, he could also feel more at ease about raising his three Pokémon.

Situated at the foot of Antler Mountain, it was only a small town, but it had boasted all sorts of myths and legends since ancient times, along with distinctive local delicacies. Its pleasant climate also drew a sizable population.
As a result, while the town did not have absolutely everything, it was very well equipped. At the very least, it had all the standard facilities, such as a Pokémon Center, a police station, and a department store.
Walking down its streets, Dian could hardly believe it was a town. Aside from being smaller than Tani City, it compared favorably in every other respect, and even surpassed it in some.
