The High Priest snorted, then told the two men holding Tomoya, "Have him scout ahead."
"High Priest?"
One of the men looked puzzled. "Isn't he still asleep?"
The other man reacted quickly, throwing Tomoya to the ground with a Fighting technique. "You brat! You've been awake all along!"
"Hmph!"
Seeing that he could no longer keep up the act, Tomoya stood and dusted himself off.
He had been waiting for a chance to take back his Poké Balls.
Tomoya glanced at the silver case. He had no idea what it was, but somehow it could keep Pokémon from coming out of their Poké Balls.
"Move!"
The man who had been carrying him gave him a vicious shove, his face full of anger.
The High Priest watched coldly. A child was still a child. Did the boy think he was some villain in a TV show? This was reality.
The man carrying the silver case adjusted his glasses, still smiling.
