"That's right. I did it all." Alberto sat in the Police Station's interrogation room, legs crossed, smoking a cigar.
"What the hell are you talking about?" Commissioner Gordon slammed the table. "You went to four different places in one night and killed six people?"
"That's right." Alberto slowly exhaled a puff of smoke. "I've confessed to everything I did. Is there a problem?"

Gordon left in silence and found Harvey Dent.
"What happened?" Harvey asked.
"What actually happened yesterday?" Gordon asked after a pause.
"Yesterday? The escaped Holiday Killer struck again and killed quite a few people," Harvey replied.
"That's not what happened."
"But all the evidence supports that conclusion."
"Harvey—" Gordon's suspicions were confirmed. "It was you... My God."
"I only did what had to be done."
"Harvey, you betrayed everything you once believed in—"
"Jim, do you mean the law? I haven't." Harvey smiled. "I used to treat her as a goddess. Now I treat her as my wife."
The two talked at length, but neither persuaded the other. Without any evidence that Harvey had committed a crime,
