"Go get him. I've got faith in you." Roland patted Deadpool on the shoulder.

"Of course," Deadpool said confidently.

"Hey, get ready. If he can't pull it off, you'll still have to fight Green Lantern," Roland whispered into Jason's ear.

"That might be a little difficult," Jason said. "The Green Lantern Ring is just too versatile, and Hal Jordan's willpower is strong. My only chance of winning is if he doesn't really want to win and just goes through the motions."

"Forget it. I'll pin my hopes on Shazam instead," Roland said after some thought.

Below the ring, the girls from Themyscira began chattering.

"Eirene's so lucky. She actually got a real warrior," one girl from Themyscira said enviously. "Her opponent looks pretty good."

"The question is whether he's actually that good in a fight."

"Who cares? As long as he can fight, he's far better than those guys who hide and shoot guns."

"That's true."

In the ring, the two opponents stood in opposite corners. As soon as the fight began, both charged straight at each other.
