"Justice cannot arrive late." Roland looked utterly righteous. "For the safety of Gotham's citizens and their property, I—"
"Is that even your line?" Tim's face twitched. "Also, where are Barbara and the others?"
"They're going to Japan for a couple of days," Roland said. "Apparently there's a Japanese Batman there. Barbara wants to pay him a visit."
"Oh."
"Hey, you got here fast." Batman walked in and took off his Powered Armor, setting it aside.
"Of course. You looked like you could use some help." Roland nodded. "What's going on?"
"It started with Joker breaking out of prison," Batman said. "Somehow, he persuaded the guards at Arkham Asylum to let him go. While I was chasing him, I discovered he had someone calling herself White Rabbit with him. She had some kind of drug that could drive people mad."
"Uh-huh." Roland nodded. "So how did they get away from you?"
"White Rabbit controlled a lot of people," Batman said helplessly. "She lured me somewhere else, and while I was occupied, Joker took her underground. Once they're hiding down there, they're hard to find."
"I see." Roland nodded. Given the state of Gotham's underground, finding someone would be difficult even with Observation Haki. There was far too much random junk down there. "Don't tell me he went to stay with his brother?
"If he's hiding in Underground Gotham, that's a lot of ground to search."
"Doesn't your clone run Underground Gotham?" Batman raised an eyebrow.
"I suppose so." Roland thought for a moment. "What about Poison Ivy and Bane?"
"White Rabbit kidnapped them both. I suspect that's also why Bane's Venom is being smuggled out."
"It's only been a few days, and it's already being sold in China?" Roland froze.
"It's possible. Criminal logistics networks are much faster than ordinary ones."
