"There's another one who nearly died saving Superman and came to this world at the last moment," Lex Luthor said. "He seems to have divine power from the Amazons, though. I don't know why."
"Oh?" Batman's interest was piqued. A Luthor who nearly gave his life to save Superman was a rare sight.
"He's probably hiding now. Plenty of Luthors want him dead, after all."
"Understandable." Roland nodded.
"Hm?" Batman's hands suddenly stopped moving. "Someone's sending us a message."
The computer screen suddenly turned blue, and a sentence appeared.
[Hello, Batman.]
"They even recognized you?" Lex Luthor froze. "How did they do that?"
"No idea." Batman shook his head. "Let's keep reading."
[Don't be nervous. I'm Lex Luthor.]
"There are far too many Lex Luthors here." Batman typed on the keyboard. "You'd better pick a codename."
[I'm the Luthor you were just discussing. If I need a codename, you can call me Luthor on the Brink of Death.]
Batman exchanged looks with the others. "Why contact me? What do you want?"
[To end all this and prevent someone who combines every Luthor into one from emerging.]
"What?" Lex Luthor slammed a hand on the table. It was bad enough that Batman and Roland disagreed with him, but he hadn't expected another Luthor to share their views. "That's absurd!"
"Well—this really is unexpected." Batman was stunned too. He hadn't expected this Luthor to be so... normal.
"What happened to you?" The Flash asked curiously.
