"Is this... going to end badly?" Jason watched Shadow Luthor, feeling a little frightened.
They had dealt with the Legion of Doom, but Shadow Luthor was still there, and Superman, their strongest fighter, was out of commission.
"Don't worry. You still have me."
The life-support pod opened, and Luthor on the Brink of Death stepped out. "Looks like it's up to me in the end."
His face was pale, with unnaturally purplish-red circles around his eyes. He looked awful.
"You can barely walk like that, and you want to fight him?" Lex Luthor had serious doubts.
The Amazons' divine power was certainly formidable, but from the looks of things, even Wonder Woman might not last more than a few exchanges against Shadow Luthor. What could Luthor on the Brink of Death possibly do?
"Hmm... do you know how I got sick?" Luthor on the Brink of Death asked as he slowly walked forward.
