Inside Earth's Fortress, Wonder Woman slowly opened her eyes. "Roland and the children are coming back."
"Good. After all this peace and quiet, I'm bored out of my mind," Green Arrow said. "Aren't we supposed to be in the end times now? Why don't I feel the apocalypse coming at all?"
"You certainly have plenty of free time." Green Lantern rolled his eyes. "I've been so busy I've had to make a bunch of Green Lantern duplicates to carry out missions across the universe. Still, calling it the end of the world would be an exaggeration."
Wonder Woman gave them both a meaningful look. "I can't speak for anyone else, but the end of your worlds really is almost here."
"What do you mean?" Green Lantern froze.
