Investigating Riolu (Please Subscribe and Vote)

That night, Mingyou sat in a hotel room near Sunyshore City's Port District, using the hotel computer to look up information.

Ogerpon and the others were asleep. Only Sinistcha circled beside him as he investigated what had been happening in Sunyshore City lately... especially anything involving Stray Pokémon!

"If Riolu knows that Pokémon, then whoever's doing this is probably a Stray Pokémon too... Why wouldn't Riolu tell me? Is it scared because the other Pokémon bullied it? Or are they close friends?"

Mingyou considered several possibilities, but it never occurred to him that Riolu was the thief. Nor did he realize that, despite treating Riolu to fried chicken, he still hadn't received a card from gaining its affection.

Riolu had seemed a little suspicious, but the gap between it and a thief who would use his ID to cause trouble was simply too wide.

"Let's take a look..."

The official website was fine for browsing, but the useful information was in the locals' forum replies. That was the good thing about the internet age. He scrolled through the replies to a few posts...

"About the seawater: I fish near the Port District every day, and lately the water around here has started stinking for some reason. Muk are even showing up. All I can catch now are Magikarp."
