Latias could be a little willful, but her wishes were always simple. She thought of herself as a child and never asked for anything unreasonable.

She'd spent too long living on one. Now that she'd finally gotten out, the wider world was much more interesting. Still, she'd been away from home for so long, and her brother hadn't found her yet. Maybe he was the dummy after all...

With that, the Haunted House preparations were settled. Mingyou left the rest to Dusknoir. Money wasn't an issue, and he had no intention of interfering.

Unless Dusknoir came to him for help, of course. But he still had to make one rule clear: no one could ever hurt anyone in the Haunted House. They could only scare the guests.

Everything went smoothly. Dusknoir spent three days working out what materials the Haunted House needed, and Mingyou bought them all. Workers from Verdant Town handled the construction. With good money to be made, they were more than willing.

Half a month soon passed. They finished confirming several shipping routes from Kitakami to major ports in the Sinnoh Region. Checking the routes for dangerous Pokémon had taken time.

After that, the Manor's Pokémon took over the courier station. Electivire seemed interested in the work and brought the Elekid along. Aipom and a few others who liked joining in came too.
