By the time Mingyou and the others had said their goodbyes to Ash and his friends, evening had fallen. They rode back to the villa in Undella Town in Cynthia's car.

With the competition finally over, everyone planned to rest tomorrow before leaving. Mingyou had also gotten the freshly printed Group Photo from Shali.

Calyrex's eyes went wide at the sight of Cynthia's enormous villa. An idea immediately sprang to mind, but Mingyou saw right through him and cut him off.

"What? Think my villa isn't good enough?"

"Of course not~"

Calyrex floated away, trembling. Mingyou couldn't be bothered with him for now. He could deal with him when they got home.

Cynthia got out of the car with a smile. She hadn't recognized Calyrex; apart from Akari and Mingyou, no one here knew he was the legendary King of the Galar Region. They had taken him for a long-legged turnip.

She paid him no mind. Her gaze swept past Miraidon as he ran by, then settled on Mingyou. "The people watching you have all left. You don't need to worry about anyone turning up near the villa, either. If you want to study the Light Stone, you're free to do it here. I'll help."

"Thanks. I really appreciate it."

Mingyou knew Cynthia had done a great deal to help him obtain the Light Stone. It wouldn't have been nearly so easy without her.

The others grew curious when they heard about it, eager to see the Dragon Stone Reshiram had become with their own eyes.

"In that case, let's go to the backyard!"

Mingyou wanted to see it again, too. He also wanted to ask Reshiram about the White Dragon Mark on his hand. They weren't in the museum basement this time. Surely Reshiram wouldn't bite him again.
