After starting over, Keldeo saw another Shadow Ball coming and immediately swung its Sacred Sword, releasing Tachyon Cutter to split the attack cleanly in two.
Boom! Using the smoke from the exploding Shadow Ball as cover, Keldeo charged in. The bitter cold of the Crown Tundra had no ill effect on it. If anything, it kept its mind sharp.

Sensing Keldeo close in, Spectrier spun around and kicked backward with all its might. Any creature struck by its spirit-charged hooves would have its soul briefly knocked from its body, leaving it unable to fight.
But Keldeo showed no fear. A bright pink light flared and gathered along the blade of its Sacred Sword, turning blue in an instant. At the same moment, its body shifted into Resolute Form. Drawing on the legacy of the Fairy King's Sword, it slashed forward with Behemoth Blade!
"Keldeo!"
A sharp blue flash swept past, leaving a sword mark dozens of meters long in the snow. Spectrier froze, unable to move. The flow of spirit energy to its body had been severed in that instant.
Mingyou walked up with a smile. "That was Behemoth Blade. Only a hero who's inherited the Fairy King's Sword can use it. Thanks to Big Turnip's help, Keldeo passed Zacian's test."
The explanation hardly mattered. What he wanted Spectrier to know was that he knew Calyrex, and that Calyrex was alive and well. Whether Spectrier believed him was another question.
His Rotom Phone had no signal right now, so they would have to wait for the blizzard to pass. Reshiram could have cleared it easily, but interfering with the natural order wasn't something Mingyou liked to do.
