Judging solely from Kabuto's appearance on the card, this should be Kabuto after fusing with Orochimaru's cells.

Although Sasuke's Genjutsu was not as supreme as Itachi's, Genjutsu cast through the Mangekyō Sharingan was still something Orochimaru could not withstand.
