At the prospect of some juicy gossip, Fang Yao perked right up, muttering inwardly, [I knew there was gossip to be had! Look at that drama queen of a boyfriend, getting played for a fool and still coming over to make trouble. Oho, he's already on his way... What exactly is going on?]
Fang Yao's thoughts had piqued Bo Zhe and the others' curiosity so badly that they could barely stand it. They wanted to rush over, grab her shoulders, and force her to spill the gossip.
In the end, however, none of them dared. They could only watch Bo Hanmo walk farther away, silently resolving to stick close behind Fang Yao later.
Fang Yao smugly took a sip of her fizzy happiness, feeling content from head to toe.
Bo Hanmo raised an eyebrow. It seemed he would no longer have to worry about his wife readily believing someone else's so-called evidence and wrongly assuming he was fooling around.
He had always worried that Fang Yao was so young that a few glib words could easily fool her, making her fight with him until one misunderstanding piled on top of another. It would give him no end of headaches, and she might even storm out on him altogether.
Since he would be spared all that drama, it looked like it was time to start preparing for the wedding.
[Huh, already here!!! That was fast!!! No, I've got to follow Gan Junjie and catch this gossip.]
Fang Yao scanned the room until she spotted her target walking away.
She quietly slipped off the sofa and followed Gan Junjie. She watched him meet up with someone, then sit down for tea at a small coffee table in the living room.
